MVP Aerospace has supplied 30+ KissCAMs to date, with multiple currently in orbit. Customers include universities, commercial satellite manufacturers, and research institutions.

Based in the UK, MVP’s products are developed, manufactured, and tested in-house with the help of certified contractors and assembly houses.

MVP Aerospace was founded by Dr Alex Erlank, an Electronic Design Engineer specialising in fault-tolerant avionics. Alex has a breadth of experience in the NewSpace industry, having contributed to micro and nanosatellite projects across academia and industry.

Alex brings 10+ years of NewSpace experience to MVP:

  • Developing nano-star trackers at Stellenbosch University and its commercial spin-off CubeSpace.
  • Developing avionics subsystems for academic CubeSat projects at Surrey Space Centre, University of Surrey.
  • Delivering electronics for earth observation cameras large and small at Surrey Satellite Technology.
  • AIT of commercial weather prediction nanosatellites with OSM and Tyvak International.
